The way my grown Daughter was treated today, was unacceptable! We have filed a complaint against the Dr who lied to our faces! When asked to produce where in the policy, she hid behind the offices staff. Staff were glancing and smirking to one another while my girl pleaded for help in the other room. Finally one of the office staff said, “actually it’s not policy, it’s Dr’s desecration!” My girl went in looking for help, and ended up going to Emergency to get her needs met!! The Dr. would not even take a minute to look at her history to see, she automatically came to some conclusion!! Shame on you…. You know who you are!! Do better!!

There needs to be a way to communicate between Dr’s, because you never see the same Dr twice, Heaven forbid it’s an emergent situation, you see 5 different Dr‘s before you get in to see your family Dr. - 6 weeks later!

I was hoping it didn’t have to come to this, but unfortunately it appears there is no other way around it. I am extremely disheartened and frustrated by the lack of help, compassion and care put forth by this office as a whole, the doctor, the back staff etc. my younger sister has been in distress for a few weeks and had requested help regarding a matter.. she requires a wheel chair and they couldn’t care. after having been seen and the staff all behaved in such a disgraceful and disrespectful behaviour. The doctor had given FALSE information of such responses being “policy” when asked the staff to see this so called policy, it changed to Doctors suggestion…. All while talking and giggling amongst each other. This clinic did not take the time to look through my younger sisters records to know and see she has a very serious medical condition, and put no real intention of proper work forth in getting her help, resulting in her her leaving. We will be reaching out to the local MLA and higher authorities for a proper formal complaint.

I find that the doctors are of the mindset that all or most Metis or first Nations are simply looking for (dare I say drugs) well I doubt that they would give a dieing man an asprin...I only needed antibiotics and you have the audacity to lecture me on the over use of said meds...I'm a 69 year old woman...shame on the Entire staff for allowing such a gross and negative environment to be the standard of our Medical center..... you are all equally responsible for delivering the lower end of what should be our first rate medical care.. you should all be dismissed immediately..and we should start over with young people who still have compassion and understanding.... time to take out the garbage...and start anew...

Staff doing the best they can do with the doctors shortages. Doctors are overworked, but helpful and answered all my questions

The worse medical care I’ve ever encountered. Doctors don’t stick around long enough to get to know your medical needs
