I recently completed a large outdoor area using the Endicott split stone from Eco Outdoor, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The natural stone is stunning, and the quality is top-notch. During the process, some of the pieces were too thick for my project, but Eco Outdoor went above and beyond by kindly sending an additional product at no extra charge to help me finish the job. Their customer service was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Eco Outdoor for anyone looking for beautiful, durable stone products and outstanding customer care.

The team at Eco Outdoor have been simply amazing in supporting us with our pool renovation project. Liam @ the showroom helped us select the Wyndam rebate drop faced coping tile and the Apollo random stone, and supported as all the way through.

Rana, Pamela and Cailen @ the Warehouse are awesome. I needed to replace a couple of tiles and order a few more whilst the tiler was on this week. Hopefully I should have some photos to post of the finished product shortly. I highly recommend the team at Eco!

Eco Outdoor's tiles are amongst the best I've ever seen. I recently purchased magnificent Limestone tiles for wall cladding in a client's BBQ area. The procurement process and customer service was faultless - from first consultation in store, invoicing, warehousing and delivery. I will be back and I highly recommend these tiles and Eco Outdoor.

Customer service here is an absolute GEM , was dealing with a lovely woman by the name of Lesly. I had an issues with a few tiles and within days she had the tiles delivered from Melbourne and replaced , the delivery was expedited as she delivered them to site herself, it was a matter of urgency and she came in clutch. I spent $30,000 plus on outdoor furniture last year, to say that I am disappointed is an understatement. All wooden surfaces have stained and marked, looks terrible Im embarrassed, sent many emails just got sent to the website and told that it will age gracefully! I have requested my money back and still just referred back to the website. The product is terrible the service I have had is terrible, would not recommend this product as all.
