After spending five years at Burnaby north, Ive been given many wonderful opportunities to try many new and different experiences. With a large selection of clubs and sport i got to try a bit of everything. I am very grateful for all the support and love i've received from teachers and staff. However there are some teachers at burnaby north that I had trouble with, due to lack of responsibility and organization. Also the school building is gross and falling apart.

I'm grade 9 right now, the only reason I'm doing this review is because I'll be moving in 2 months.
Burnaby north has been great so far, sure there have been ups and downs, like stress and too much homework, but overall bns was awesome, they had tons of clubs and events, mostly nice teachers, and lots of nice people in the school.
I'll miss this place ?

Burnaby North is a good school with lots of APs to choose from, but there are so many obnoxious kids there that make the experience unpleasant.

Writing this review about my own, half-year experience at BNSS. I was in grade 10 when I studied here. I have to say, the teachers are amazing and most students here are spectacular. The extracurricular activities here are all but boring, you can find a club in almost any category. Overall, 10/10 experience and it’s best school I’ve studied at. Sadly I have moved away, I’ll miss you BNSS.

P.S. Because of the amazing people here, I’ve made amazing friends! [you know who you are 😉 ]

What can I say? We moved to the area just for our daughter to go that school. She graduated over 5 years ago, went straight to UBC and managed to stay on top all those years. So, for us this school always will be the best. And I know for sure, some kids from her year actually tranfered from private schools to this one and never regretted. About third of her year went to universities and many with grants.
