Had a great time learning first aid and even though I had taken this particular level, I actually learned some things I wasn’t taught before! Our instructor (Austin I believe) was super fun, energetic, humorous and helpful. Great experience

The instructor we had was absolutely phenomenal. She was professional yet playful, and was able to provide the appropriate reasoning to some of the emergency situations we would see in layman's terms. It was great!!

Brandon was very friendly and helpful instructing the class. Always helped us get through the awkward moments with our partners haha. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good first aid course

This was my third first aid course but my first time at Alert. The course instructor kept us engaged for the whole day with good humour. The space in Duncan is small, especially with the number of people attending but it works. The day went at a relaxed pace, with opportunity for discussion and questions, and I feel I learned more at this course than any previous ones. Thank you.
