Some good practical tips from an energetic presenter, but not interactive and information was presented too quickly to properly absorb. The practice session involved kneeling in front of dummies with a face mask while the instructor spoke. We did absolutely nothing and didn't need to kneel to listen to hear the monologue. Even a refresher should include some hands on.
The goal seemed to be to finish early but I was looking to maximize learning as a paid customer. Goal should be retention and engagement, not speeding through materials.

Excellent experience. I like how David, an instructor, taught the lesson for standard first aid certificate. He was very kind and nice, also friendly, and has great knowledge and experience as a first aid instructor and first aid provider himself.

I've attended BLS courses at other businesses and this course - with David - was by FAR the best! David teaches the course content from a realistic perspective and has a great sense of humour that makes the content much less dry!
