First of all, we were very impressed by the look of the hotel. As the name suggests everything is eco friendly, there is very very minimal plastic usage. The staff were very courteous, and adjustable. They provided us the charger for our EV Car which shows their concern towards making the guests comfortable. This also shows their training by the owner to make the guests comfortable. The breakfast in the cafe was simple yet tasty. The ambience of the entire hotel was top class. Kudos to all the staff and their owner.

Amazing eco friendly stay. Beautiful rooms. Everything is brown. Made with reusable and sustainable things. Loved the stay. Food at the restaurant is not good but the stay only was amazing. Spacious washrooms and nice warm amazing shower.

Rooms are large spacious and clean. Clean bathroom.
Built in every way eco friendly, doesn't have AC but has cool air blowing from pipes. Might be difficult during summer.
Rooms might feel a little dark but we had no issues.
Located in the city. We have stayed here twice as a transit hotel for the first night.
Breakfast spread is decent.

Stayed here for 1 day while visiting Chikmagalur. Neat and cool ambience. The interiors are too good. Friendly staff. Neat and clean rooms. Breakfast included and was good. Recommended stay ?.

We had an amazing experience at Sunyata Eco Hotel! It's a fantastic place that's all about being eco-friendly – they don't use plastic and are big on saving water.

Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with all the essentials like a kettle, TV, flasks, hairdryer, and toiletries. Plus, the furniture was extra special because it was made from bamboo, giving it a unique touch!

The balcony and cafe area is an highlight – it was such a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

A huge shoutout to the front desk staff who were incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was top-notch!

Stayed for 3 nights here in their semi-deluxe room in the month of April.
As mentioned in their website, it is a eco-hotel meaning no AC would be available but the room temperature would be maintained lower than the outside.
The room was aesthetically designed and to my surprise was really cool than outside in peak summer. They provided us with an air cooler but we did not require it.
Room cleaning was done every day and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Only improvement they could do is their food. The menu and taste were average but nothing to complain while there was nothing special too.

I was skeptical about the mosquitoes but to my surprise I did not face any issues. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay.
