This is the most average school you can find in the sea of average schools in this district. Most of the Hamber teachers are nice even if you don't know them too well. Teachers are mostly chill but some do take more responsibility on the students which might make them slightly annoying, but more of them are supportive and helpful. The school is really old, you can tell by the worn bricks and the extra crusty pe equipment. However they are working on a new building so hopefully we will have new equipment by then. The school does have a lot of students who want to be gangsters but if you stay out of their way you will be find, there are also macing and fighting incidents but they don't happen too common. The bathrooms are the worst part of this school, all of the stalls looks like they got bombed and they all smell like horse piss. You will probably find an empty slurpee bottle or some huge chunks of human waste in all of the boys bathroom, its like opening a christmas gift every time you step into one of the stalls. Obviously this school isn't as good as magee and isn't as bad as churchill, its a solid 3/5.

The high school is impressive, particularly the new building, which gives it a university-like atmosphere. I appreciate the quality of the facilities and the dedication of the school staff.

When I was going to Emily Carr elementary in 1990 we knew we were going to hamburger Hill and back in the day it was a meat grinder. My brother went there and had war stories.

There are some teachers who are not very nice. I heard that there is a bad counsellor in this school. There is no paper towels in the schools washroom. There are people who vape in the washroom also. Please don’t go to this school.

Yea tear down a perfectly good and accommodating school for the masses with 0 portables present on site. w parents that only live in country for 6 months/year. While I drive by EVERY school south of fraser w the kids shuffling around in the rain. As usually teachers & ppl in charge have failed the students in need

i enjoyed some experiences in the school but the best one was Mr Dunne. That man is a mountain a king even. Mr Dunne is so good at life that he made me eat anything. I love Mr Dunne The school is more of a 3 but Mr Dunne bumbed it up to a 4 and Mr Dunne himself is 800 stars himself. He only gave one to the school. YOU NEED MR DUNNE!!!!!!!!!
