The teachers and principal here are really kind. Plus they care a lot about students’ musical development and well-being. The school also provides various opportunities to perform for school or outreach events to help students develop their self confidence.

I've been learning the piano with RMS for over 8 years. It is such a welcoming facility, encouraging their students to excel at their passion. I am super impressed with how nice everyone is, and how organized each event is at RMS. The teachers are very experienced and caring, and the principal is also very responsible.It's a great environment here!

The school offers many performing opportunities throughout the year, allowing each student to have the opportunity to grow and develop performance skills. I've volunteered and helped at many of their concerts and they have been very organized and amazing every year. Can't wait to help out with more concerts!

My daughter has been learning piano in RMS for 8 years and she loves here. It's a nice and pleasant music school with many great teachers. We've seen many changes in RMS these years and it has had many great changes since the new principal joined a few years before. All the best for RMS!

They do not return phone calls and not clearly interpreting e-mails sent. Furthermore, lack of communication led to cancelled trials. Last email I mentioned terms for payment date which they ignored and sent a notice of payment instead. I sent a follow-up email asking for teacher availability and received no response. Bad practice.

Better communication with customers is integral for establishing a business especially for someone eager to learn. I feel the need to state this because I have a bachelor degree in business management.

Also, from other reviews on this business it seems I am not missing much.

在学校学了2年左右，基本上等于浪费了两年，识普能力差，拍子也很差。一开始推荐的老师很年轻也没有教学经验。机构对师资跟教学质量没有统一标准也没有衡量标准也没有验收。能不能碰到好的老师全凭运气。
